Augusztus 23. és 27. között nagy sikerrel lezajlott az I. PIHE Hagyományőrző Napközis Gyerektábor Piliscsabán. A gyerekek egy hét alatt elsajátították az íj használatának csínját-bínját, megtanulták kezelni a karikás ostort, gyakorolták a rovásírást, de Ujházy Anna segítségével a magyar néptánc rejtelmeibe is bepillantást nyerhettek.

Bőrből az íjászathoz szükséges eszközöket, de kulcstartót, nyakláncot is készíthettek, nemezből bicskatartók, gipszből pedig kardok is napvilágot láttak. Radványi Béla előadásából Piliscsaba és Pilisvörösvár történetét ismerhették meg a gyerekek, a csütörtöki kiránduláson pedig a Pilis állat- és növényvilágát mutattuk be a kicsiknek. A piliscsévi tanyalátogatáson több háziállat között magyar fajtákkal is megismertettük őket, az utolsó napon pedig egy vetélkedőn derítettük ki, mennyit tanultak az öt napos tábor alatt. A versenyt a pilisvörösvári Váradi Bence nyerte meg, de a szoros mezőnyben senki nem maradt le jelentősen a többiektől.

Mindent összevetve egy rendkívül sikeres, a gyerekek számára élményekben gazdag tábor áll a Pilisi Íjászok Hagyományőrző Egyesület mögött. Hasznosan, tanulva, de egyben játszva, szórakozva töltöttük el az iskola előtti utolsó teljes hetet Piliscsabán.
